Since your best friend is expecting a child, you and your other girlfriends have decided to throw a fun baby shower for her and her unborn child. It’s a chance for all of you to bond and spend time together, having fun and celebrating her upcoming motherhood. Your pregnant friend will receive gifts that she can use when the baby is born.

Planning a baby shower can be a difficult task, and there are numerous considerations for you to think about. Before you get started, you must first think about the essential elements of the party. For one, you must decide on the number of people that are to be invited to the shower. Once you settle on the number, you can move on to the other parts of the shower. You can next decide on the food and party favors, the games, and how many invitations will be printed out.

Typical baby showers can have between six to 25 people, but not everyone sticks to this range. The number of people you’ll be inviting to the shower depends on a lot of factors. For one, you first have to choose whether you’re going to have a small and intimate celebration or a large gathering. You must also make decisions as to who among the people you know are to be invited, and which relatives shall be asked to come. You also have to decide whether the party shall only be for women, or if the husband and other male friends and family members can be invited too.

To help you find out how many people are attending, try making a tentative list of all the guests. Make sure you write down the important people in the mom-to-be’s life, such as her best friends, her mother, grandmother, sisters and significant aunts. Consult the list with the mom-to-be, and ask her whom she thinks should be crossed out. If the party’s a surprise and you can’t go to her, ask the father instead. Knowing how many people will be at the shower is very important. That way, the invitations can be properly sent, and you’ll have an easier time planning the fun event. For more information on this article, read The Guide To Baby Shower.
